Description
This painting was a bit of a gamble hence its title! I wanted to develop my interest in painting rock landscapes and wasn’t quite sure of the direction I was going when creating this work. This stone structure is made using masking tape, charcoal, and various tones of green and is interrupted by sparks of orange oil bar. The gamble paid off as it has become a prominent piece in my portfolio and the original painting was selected for the Royal Cumbrian Academy of Art’s annual exhibition.
This print is made with pigment ink on edition etching paper (310g) with a 5cm border. It is produced using high-quality, professionally photographed images of the original painting. Once ordered each print is signed and dated then carefully packaged and boxed before registered shipping. Framing options are available, please enquire.
